“Freakshow” is off of Mriz’s upcoming album, Chimera.
Mriz is an up-and-coming musician that is ready to explode onto the scene. Tomorrow, her debut album, Chimera, will hit major streaming services. The first single off of the project is the very mesmerizing “Freakshow.”
“Freakshow” is beyond spine-chilling. First and foremost, the song is powered by a slow-paced instrumental that oozes of numbing vibes. Over it, Mriz chillingly sings about being this bizarre individual that is overly ridiculed by someone she is currently involved with. While she keeps a mellow demeanor throughout the song, I personally believe the candid words she spews out speaks volumes.
