Right when Fredo Bang’s star started to shine, he found himself in some trouble. Remember, a few weeks ago, he was arrested at Rolling Loud for reasons that aren’t quite clear right now. This weekend, while locked up, the Baton Rouge rapper decided to release “Murder Made Me,” a sixteen-track project with a very unfortunate title.

As expected, Murder Made Me is jampacked with emotional, heinous, braggadocios, and club-inspired trap music. For most of the album, Fredo spits his bars ferociously, doing everything in his power to convince folks that each word that comes out of his mouth is as authentic as it gets. Every once in a while, he toys with infectious melodies, something that makes a few songs off this album commercial-ready.
