I won’t even lie, the fact that this song starts off with violins immediately gave it four stars for me. The whole song is good, but that opening is stellar. It’s easy to tell that Boyscoutsam is skilled at playing with genres in this song as he raps over not only a sick beat but also a great melody… and violins (No, I’m not done with the violins). If you are looking for the next up-and-coming hip-hop artist, look no further than Boyscoutsam.
