Vic Mensa and BJ The Chicago Kid sound like one in “The Taste.”

These last couple of years, we’ve been fed so many hard-ass Vic Mensa tracks. Today, he decided to flex his R&B muscles with the release of “The Taste,” a song that is jampacked with infectious melodies and wholesome vibes.

“The Taste” will make you feel all good inside, make you want to find a wife, and make you want to hear a project full of Vic Mensa R&B tracks. Throughout the song, both Mensa and featured guest BJ The Chicago Kid gleefully sing about kicking it with chicks that you would probably want to spend the rest of your life with. Thugs, don’t worry, the song has a nice little bop/tempo attached to it.
