Kid Cudi doesn’t fit this song, but he’s so great, it doesn’t even matter.

No kizzy, I think that WILLOW is an amazing musician. She’s daring, she’s experimental, and she has an outstanding voice. A few months ago, WILLOW released an album called Lately I Feel Everything that went under several people’s noses. One of the highlights from the project is “t r a n s p a r e n t s o u l.” This weekend, a Kid Cudi-assisted remix to “t r a n s p a r e n t s o u l” hit streaming services.

I think that “t r a n s p a r e n t s o u l” is a five-star track. Unfortunately, I think that this remix to the song is four-stars. While Kid Cudi’s hums can fit on any song on this planet, at the end of the day, I feel like his verse is pretty unnecessary. The good news is this: Cudi’s affiliation to the track should make it even more popular.
