Denzel Curry Recruits T-Pain For “Troubles”

Troubles

Denzel Curry (Ft. T-Pain)

RGM RATING (??????????)

Hold on just a little longer, Denzel Curry’s new album will hit streaming services in three days!

Denzel Curry is the Nikola Jokic of the hip-hop game: He’s unorthodox but also good as hell at what he does (You thought I was going to say that he is the Steph Curry of the hip-hop game, didn’t you?). When I listen to his Melt My Eyez, See Your Future project this Friday, I’m sure I will be both confused and satisfied. One of the songs off of the forthcoming album is “Troubles” with T-Pain.

Believe it or not, “Troubles” actually sounds like a normal track for Denzel Curry. The song features a pretty normal beat, normal lyrics about getting money bags and getting it out of the mud, and lastly, normal T-Pain vocals (Which are far from normal). The song does have this chipmunk part that I thought was a little weird, but that’s it.

Give the very normal “Troubles” a shot below.
