RGM RATING (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

Alternative hip-hop with lo-fi beats and slow vocals.

Raz Rabin is a proud Toronto-based artist who has started to gain recognition in the United States. As his popularity grows, Rabin continues representing Toronto in all his music, showing his pride for his home country. His go-to style of music is alternative hip-hop; one of his biggest goals, besides making a name for himself, is to help popularize the genre. In addition to rapping, Rabin is also a producer. What sets him apart in both industries is his delivery and how he distinguishes himself from other rappers. His music is available on Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Music. This diversity has not let him down yet. In fact, it’s arguably made him more popular. One of these wide-ranged hits is Raz Rabin’s newest single, “Falling,” released in early 2022.

“Falling” embodies the alternative hip-hop that Rabin loves. Similarly, listeners will love hearing a version of hip-hop with a little spice added in. Music these days might tend to sound to same, but Rabin’s style always stands out. As the title suggests, Rabin raps about a time in life when things aren’t going as well as we want them to. He talks about that feeling of falling, whether we want to go down or not. Strangely, the song sounds upbeat, despite the topic. The lyrics and the beat juxtapose each other nicely, although the instrumentals can make us feel like we’re falling too. This track is appealing and important enough to get a message through; now, we know we aren’t alone in falling down. So, stream Raz Rabin’s “Falling” today to remember you are not the only one falling, and to learn how to pick yourself up again.
