LA LOVE

Elodie Reverie

An electronic dance song with promises of love.

Hailing from New York, Elodie Reverie is a self made singer-songwriter and producer. Reverie’s first interaction with music occurred when she was five years old playing the piano, which helped give her the ability to have instinctive ears. Music originally hadn’t been a primary focus for Reverie, but she was always surrounded by it. As a result, it wasn’t until 2018 that she decided to go on a music-making journey. Since then, she’s written and produced several of her own singles, to much public approval. Additionally, she’s even opened up for artists like Macy Gray and Hoobastank. Her music is available on Spotify, YouTube, and her own website. Elodie Reverie’s latest electronic song is “LA LOVE,” where she lets the feeling of love take over. The song also has an accompanying official music video.

“LA LOVE” is a song that’s expressive and emotional at its core. Reverie has a sincere voice as she sings over this dance beat, and she tells the tale of slowly but surely falling in love. At the same time, she’s reluctant to share it, so it serves as a love confession to us, her diary. Lyrics like “I’m picturing a summer afternoon with you and we’re falling in love” and “Baby you’re the only one who needs to know my name” show these strong romantic feelings that have become inflamed. When listening to the song, you could find yourself experiencing your own buildup of feelings. You might also hear a huge POP or two from the vibrant eclectic chorus. It is the kind of sound you can daydream away to about your own love. So, stream Elodie Reverie’s “LA LOVE” to know what that beautiful feeling of crushing on someone is like for yourself.
