ID/Ego Says He Makes “Desperate Mistakes”

Desperate Mistakes

ID/Ego

ID/Ego opens up 2023 with the eccentric “Desperate Mistakes.”

Nashville-based artist, Id/Ego, is an emerging independent producer and artist who is a mental health advocate. If you call yourself a fan of music, you have to appreciate his willingness to fearlessly jump between genres and create wide-ranging beats. ID/Ego’s full discography is available on Spotify and YouTube. His latest creation is the deep “Desperate Mistakes.”

In “Desperate Mistakes,” ID/Ego lets us know all the lessons he has learned from being in failed relationships in the past. Now, his current relationship is striving. Throughout the song, ID/Ego pours his heart out by hitting us with an intoxicating vocal performance that pairs perfectly with the staticky production. It also pairs nicely with his vulnerable lyrics. All in all, I think “Desperate Mistakes” is a good listen.
