Flo Milli’s incredible cult following is well-deserved. I love her carefree spirit, fearlessness on the mic, and work ethic. These traits are reminiscent of what made Lil Wayne a remarkable artist to follow back then. In “FLO MILLI,” Flo channels her inner Wayne by delivering fiery bars over a slightly flipped version of the classic “A Milli” beat.
Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of Flo Milli’s raps in “FLO MILLI.” Throughout the song, she uses wacky deliveries to put her quirky twist on Wayne’s lyrics from the original version of “A Milli.” The way she bounces off the walls may not resonate with everyone, but I love how her personality shines through.
