Lil Baby Surprises Us With Two-Pack Featuring “Crazy” & “350”

Rating: 3 out of 5.

I hate to be that guy, but… never mind.

Lil Baby was a number-one option in hip-hop for a few years. I will say around 2022, his buzz started to fizzle a little. I don’t think Baby’s gotten worse as a rapper or is making music that is completely different than what we’re used to; I just feel like people are no longer amazed by what he does. Whatever the case may be, like a true professional, Baby decided to keep his career pushing by releasing two tracks: “Crazy” and “350.”

These two songs sound like the Lil Babyiest songs I’ve ever heard. In “350,” Baby raps about the good, bad, and ugly that come with being a superstar in the game who is dating, trying to elevate, and has everything in the world. In “Crazy,” he denounces snitches, talks about major investments he made in the past, and expresses anti-relationship sentiments. Both songs have emotional trap beats and feature very drowsy vocals from the Atlanta native. Both songs also sound like some s**t that I’ve heard before.

Lil Baby’s s**t just isn’t moving the needle for me anymore.
