More than ever before, one thing you gotta have as a hip-hop artist these days is hunger. If you don’t sound like the rent is due when you rap, I might just press skip to the next song. Someone who has that fire in his belly is Zae from MYOM Family.

Recently, Zae, who runs his own Merch company called Don Letta, dropped an album called No Love Lost. One of the best tracks from it is “Frost Man.”

This track gives me old-school Jeezy vibes. I’m talking about when they used to call him The Snowman all the time (Maybe that’s why Zae called this track “Frost Man”). “Frost Man” is powered by this uptempo, sparkly trap beat that will make you do a stank face and nod your head violently. Zae does well to meet it at the rim, hitting us with aggressive deliveries and fast-paced flows. As for lyrically, he drops a few bars that showcase his Teflon-strong persona, playboy ways, and knack for staying true to himself even when everyone and everything around him switches up. All in all, “Frost Man” delivers some cold hard truths that will resonate with many people.

Give Zae’s “Frost Man” a shot below. Also, check out No Love Lost here.
