BossMan Dlow & Lil Baby Link Up For “PJ”

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

OK, I am officially hip to BossMan Dlow.

BossMan Dlow’s rise in the music industry is a testament to his hustle and talent. Starting without major endorsements or celebrity features, he’s managed to build a significant following and rack up streams on platforms everywhere, embodying what some might call the trap American dream.

For those unfamiliar, BossMan Dlow gained fame with his unconventional track “Get In With Me,” followed by hits like “Sportscenter” and “Piss Me Off.” His latest single, “PJ,” features a notable collaboration with Lil Baby, marking a high point in his career.

In “PJ,” BossMan Dlow reflects on his humble beginnings, reminiscing about days of financial struggle contrasted with his current success—money, status, and a loyal following. Lil Baby’s appearance adds another layer to the track, exuding an aura of wealth and nonchalance. While BossMan starts the track off sounding like the second coming of Usher before transitioning into his distinctive choppy flow, Lil Baby sounds relaxed throughout.

Alongside “PJ,” BossMan Dlow also dropped “ION WANNA HEAR IT,” characterized by its triumphant yet menacing beat and lyrical content that delves into his personal interests (Which, most are illegal).

Do Lil Baby and BossMan Dlow make a good combo? If you’ve listened to these tracks, share your thoughts in the comments below!
