Rae Stizz Says “Keep Me Safe”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Rae Stizz’s talent continues to shine with every release.

Rae Stizz’s passion for music has been evident since she was 12 years old, singing and performing at family functions. Since then, she has used music as an outlet for her emotions and feelings.

One of the reasons I believe Rae is a standout singer is her versatility. She can tap into a raw R&B-hop sound, as demonstrated in “Proud Thoughts,” but she can also deliver genuine slow jams, like her latest single, “Keep Me Safe.”

In “Keep Me Safe,” Rae Stizz explores the complications that arise when forming a connection with someone, only to have it end in betrayal.

I love this track for its rugged tempo and captivating melodies, which give off serious Aaliyah vibes. Additionally, I admire how Rae navigates through her verses, skillfully adjusting her vocal pace, and how she pours out all these emotions at the end, creating a powerful listening experience. All in all, we all enjoy authentic R&B music like this, and I know for sure we’ve all been in a situation like the one Rae describes in “Keep Me Safe.”

Rae Stizz is too good. Go ahead and check out her “Keep Me Safe” single below.
