Ye Explains Himself In “WW3”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

This might be the most unmarketed Kanye West track ever.

As you may know by now, Kanye West (aka Ye) has ignited a firestorm on social media, making headlines for a series of inflammatory tweets while simultaneously promoting his upcoming project, BULLY. Over the past weeks, Ye has taken aim at Jewish people, Black individuals, Kendrick Lamar, Kim Kardashian, and even Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s children. Meanwhile, he has openly praised figures like Adolf Hitler, Diddy, and Donald Trump. Amid the chaos, Ye has also released a short film tied to his latest musical endeavor.

One of the potential tracks from BULLY, titled “WW3,” is already generating buzz. In the song, Ye appears to justify his controversial statements, claims to know people who visited Jeffrey Epstein’s island, admits to voting for Donald Trump, confesses to past drug use, and boasts about putting his woman in clean whips. The track, built around a slowed-down, dramatic flip of Styles P’s classic “I Get High,” features Kanye using a soft singing style that starkly contrasts the bold and unapologetic nature of his lyrics.

Maybe Kanye is acting like a bully to promote BULLY? If that’s the case, that is the dumbest idea ever.
