TOP 5

5. Diamonds

“Diamonds” is cool because it comes in two parts.

This track tricked me in the first half, to be honest with you. I’m listening to the lyrics, vibing, thinking that I have this entire song figured out—but no. The second part comes in guns ablazing, rapid-fire, hype as hell. The first half is all rolling up, smoking up, and flexing on them. The second half is all females and money, money, money.

4. Psycho

Ken Carson is a self-proclaimed psycho.

In “Psycho,” Carson talks about the type of person you have to be to live the way he does. He speaks of money, fame, and success, but also about the things he’s missed and the price he has had to pay for it. He can afford to live in luxury but has also made enemies and missed out on things that many people consider normal or cherish, all while building his career. The track is interesting because it allows you to see both the pros and cons of being an influencer.

3. Down2Earth

“Down2Earth” is the album’s love song… Or so I thought.

Initially, based on the title of this track, I thought it was going to be a love song—but it isn’t. Instead, “Down2Earth” focuses more on infatuation and lust—the ups and downs of a situationship. Carson talks about a woman who is down to earth, smart, and a little bit freaky. He spends his money on her, he spends his time with her, but he makes it very clear in the track that this isn’t a love thing. In the end, he is using her for pleasure, and she is using him for clout.

2. Thx

This one goes out to everyone that made Ken Carson, Ken Carson.

The track is essentially a big thank you for everything and everyone that shaped him into the person he is today. All the good moments, the bad moments, the supporters, and the enemies are called out in this song. Carson reminisces on different moments in his life and career that defined him as a person. The track has a good flow and a great personal message, making it one of the more memorable songs on the album.

1. Kryptonite

This song is addictive.

On “Kryptonite,” Carson raps about a woman who can’t get enough of him. She’s addicted to him and to what they do when they’re alone together. The song is flirty, promiscuous, and a little scandalous (in a good way). The lyrics explore themes of addiction, sensual and intimate moments, and Carson’s confidence in knowing he’s that guy—able to attract any girl at any time. It’s flaunty and flashy, but that’s alright because it’s also insanely catchy. This is a track you’ll pick up on quickly and want to move your body to.

RGM RATING

(67%)

Atlanta rapper Ken Carson returns in 2025 with his explosive new album, More Chaos—and the title couldn’t be more fitting. The 21-track project is a whirlwind of energy, emotion, and artistic expression, showcasing Carson’s ability to blend melodic rap with an array of tempos, styles, and vibes.

While the lyrics stay thematically consistent, touching on success, money, enemies, and love, the production shifts dramatically from track to track. Some songs are dark, heavy, and eerie; others are fun, freaky, and full of bounce. The album plays with pace and intensity—slowing things down on one track, then hitting hard with fast-paced bangers on the next, and sometimes delivering both within a single song.

What makes More Chaos especially compelling is how well it flows. Each track transitions smoothly into the next, creating a cohesive listening experience despite the musical variety. Carson tells his story through twists, turns, and defining moments—almost like a gallery of abstract art. Each song stands on its own with a unique wavelength, but together they form a larger, captivating narrative.

Whether you’re a long-time fan or just discovering Ken Carson, More Chaos is a bold, genre-blending project that demands attention in 2025.
