Megan Thee Stallion Shuts Down Slim Thug Crush Rumors During Coachella Set

“I don’t want you. I only like your music, babe.”

Love might be in the air, but Megan Thee Stallion clearly isn’t breathing it in. During her high-energy Coachella performance, the Houston rap star addressed — and swiftly shut down — rumors that she had a crush on fellow Houston native Slim Thug.

The buzz started after Slim Thug hopped on Instagram Live and commented on Megan dancing to some of his tracks, including the Southern classic “Still Tippin.” His playful remarks suggested he believed the vibes might’ve been flirtatious. While it’s likely Thug was just joking, Megan made it clear on stage that there’s no romantic connection — putting an end to the speculation with a bold onstage statement.

Here’s hoping this all stays light-hearted. Slim Thug is a certified Houston legend, and Megan Thee Stallion is well on her way to that status herself. It’d be great to see mutual respect stay intact. And honestly, shoutout to Slim Thug — “Still Tippin” is a forever jam, so we can’t blame him for shooting his shot.
