An electrifying rock gem that manages to feel both contemporary and timeless.
Courtney Hadwin is an English singer-songwriter who first gained notoriety while competing on the first season of ITV’s The Voice Kids UK and the 13th season of NBC’s America’s Got Talent. Courtney Hadwin has since graced stages across the world in sold-out events, including a legendary Las Vegas show that helped cement her reputation as a world-class live performer.
Some of her previous releases include songs like “All The Love (Money Can Buy)” and the recent 14-track album LITTLE MISS JAGGED. Looking ahead, Courtney hopes to continue releasing music and touring worldwide, sharing her unique voice and passion for performance with a fast-growing audience. Her latest release is the rock single “You Only Love Me When I Lie,” which features songwriter, instrumentalist, and producer Little Steven.
Delivering a mood-enhancing mix of bold drums and bluesy electric guitar, “You Only Love Me When I Lie” creates a striking, soul-infused backdrop that feels magnetic. Lyrics like “You never wanna see me cry / So my tears are never revealed / You can’t see the real me / But I see right through you” reflect on hiding behind lies to feel loved until the truth eventually spills out.
Fueled by raw vocals, an anti-romantic narrative, and emotionally charged blues-rock production, Courtney Hadwin and Little Steven deliver a rock record that feels both modern and timeless.
