Future is about to provide us with a toxic summer.
Future is ready to reveal a new side of himself with The Real Me. After weeks of teasing that a new album was coming, the Atlanta legend has officially announced his 10th solo album, dropping July 10.
The announcement was impossible to miss. Future launched a coordinated campaign featuring billboards across Toronto, Los Angeles, Miami, and New York City, using a rugged, graffiti-inspired style that matched the energy of the upcoming release.
Spotify also helped push the rollout with a pre-save link, while Future shared the album artwork and title directly with fans online.
The project arrives after a major year for Pluto. From helping put an end to a huge rap rivalry through Drake’s “Ran To Atlanta” to performing on one of the biggest stages in the world through Tyla’s “GAME TIME,” Future has remained one of hip-hop’s most impactful figures.
Following MIXTAPE PLUTO, featuring songs like “LIL DEMON” and “TEFLON DON,” The Real Me has high expectations attached. If Future is showing fans the real him, the next era could be one of his biggest yet.
