Molly Santana Drops “Live Your Life”

Rating: 4 out of 5.
Molly Santana

‘Live Your Life’ somehow feels both inspiring and aggressive.

Molly Santana is back with “Live Your Life,” an electric, high-energy track that basically tells you to stop worrying about everybody else and go do you.

This track feels really electric and high energy from the jump. With the repetitive background vocals and catchy hook, the song pulls you in almost immediately. Initially, the track sounds kind of electronic, but as it progresses and Molly gets into her verse, it’s definitely more hip-hop forward. I really like that switch because it keeps the song from feeling too repetitive, even though that repetition is part of what makes the hook so catchy.

The song is about having control of your own life and doing what you want to do, just living for yourself. It’s giving confidence, freedom, and not letting other people dictate what you should or shouldn’t be doing. Molly has this really cool ability to make her music feel both laid-back and aggressive at the same time, and that energy works really well here. “Live Your Life” is a fun reminder that sometimes you just have to stop worrying about what everybody else thinks and do what makes you happy. Period.
