Baylee Littrell Pours His Heart Into the Pain in “I’ve Had Enough”

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

It feels like Baylee Littrell created this song specifically to hurt me.

Baylee Littrell just dropped his new single, “I’ve Had Enough,” and from the jump, I knew this song was going to break my heart.

The track blends R&B and pop into a full, soulful sound. Baylee’s raspy voice makes the emotion impossible to miss; you can hear the hurt in how he delivers each line as he reflects on a relationship falling apart and the unsettling feeling of becoming someone different from who you were at the start.

The writing does a fantastic job of capturing how painful it can be to realize that both your connection and your sense of self have changed. Still, there’s a push to get back up and keep going, even without a clear ending.

Overall, I think this song feels really complete and raw. I’m going to be playing it over and over again, even if it tugs at my heartstrings each time.
