RGM RATING (????)

How can you not feel inspired to chase a bag after listening to “Double Up?”

B.Bless is a Liberian-born musician that now operates from Chicago, Illinois. For years, he has had a love for music, but it wasn’t until 2018 that he decided to pick up a mic and start creating his own. What makes B.Bless unique is that he isn’t just a fantastic rapper, he’s also a guy that likes to make thoughtful, meaningful, and uplifting music. His latest single, “Double Up,” is one that I think highlights all of his key strengths as a rapper.

“Double Up” is powered by an uptempo rap instrumental. Over it, Over it, B.Bless talks about the will power to excel, money being on his mind, haters being in his rearview, and his diamonds being on burr. The thing that stands out to me the most about the song is the steady flows and the great confidence that B.Bless raps with. The catchy hook he blesses us with is also something that is impressive.
