Robb Bank$ and Wifisfuneral are Poster Boys for SoundCloud rap, so it makes all the sense in the world that they decided to collaborate for a full length album here. I’m not mad at it either, because I think they are pretty solid when it comes to spitting bars and covering topics the youth of today are simply afraid to tackle. Nonetheless, this album has the duo having fun with it, as they do their best to document the reckless life of famous young adults.  (more…)

Comethazine continues to grow his following, releasing a ten-track project called “Bawskee 2.” Despite the album artwork looking awful, it does boasts some solid southern music, especially energy-wise. (PS, doesn’t he remind you of a better version of YBN Almighty Jay?) (more…)

Can YSL end up the next major crew in hip-hop? With a roster that consists of Young Thug, Gunna and Duke, the answer might just be yes! In the meantime, one of their up and coming artists on the label, Strick, has decided to finally release his debut album titled “See You When I Land” to the masses today. It features cold bars, trill ass beats and solid features from his YSL peers. If you are a true fan of rap, I am confident you will like the project. (I’m ready to put nine cherry flavored starbursts on that assertion) (more…)

Sosamann’s rise to fame has been slow but steady. After gifting us with a solid project in “Sauce The World” back in 2017, he looks to carry his momentum into a productive 2019 by dropping off “Sauce Escobar 2.” The fourteen track project features YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Gunna & Wiz Khalifa. Remember Cashis? He used to roll with Eminem and his Shady records group back in the day. He never got a chance to fully bloom as an artist, which I find truly disappointing. Luckily for him, he’s been granted a second chance, and it comes in the form of I’ma Ride — An eight track EP that features some serious street music, in addition to some big-name artists such as Young Buck, Problem, Emilio Rojas and Project Pat. If you are in the mood for some serious street s**t, I think this EP is perfect for you. (more…)

Audio Push looks to continue their run in the underground game, releasing “My Turn 4.” The fourteen track mixtape features remixes of some of our favorite beats from hip-hop last year, including Kanye West and Lil Pump’s “I Love It,” J.I.D.’s “Off Deez,” and my personal favorite, Roddy Ricch’s “Every Season.” As expected, both rappers kill each and every one of their bars, further proving to the world that the west coast might be the best coast when it comes to rapping skills. DeJ Loaf is my baby. She is also low-key very versatile. While she doesn’t particularly do one thing well, I do enjoy how she confidently dives into whatever genre she cares like diving into. In “Go DeJ Go Vol.1,” she gives us a brief yet solid body of work that features everything from big-time rhymes to infectious melodies. In a light week of releases, I think the project is worth a listen. (more…)

Boosie Badazz isn’t the first person I think of when the topic of Christmas comes up, but I do see him as one of those artists that don’t quite mind acquiescing to whatever sound we need him to. With that being said, “Savage Holidays” features a bunch of holiday themed music that should put you in quite the festive mood.  (more…)

However, the LA  native decided to switch things up today, gifting us with this brief Christmas-themed project that features production from Freddy Ruger, Low The Great and Mike Free. Everyone needs some hard ass Christmas tunes in their lives, right?  (more…)
