Is A$AP Ferg carrying the A$AP crew?

I read an article the other day that claims that A$AP Ferg is the most relevant A$AP right now. Based on the myriad of hits that he has come out with as of late, that argument is becoming more and more valid. With that being said, Ferg’s latest single, “Not The Boy,” is yet another banger that is both infectious and hood-certified.

Throughout “Not The Boy,” Ferg shuts down his competition. He also talks about getting women to do something strange for a piece of change. While you’re going to love the energy that beat gives off, I’m not feeling how uninspired Ferg sounds on the song.

I feel like Ferg gets into the booth only if he thinks a hit is coming.
