Stefflon Don Releases “Phone Down” Featuring Lil Baby

This song is bad.

To be honest with you, I absolutely hate listening to watered down/shaky Reggae music. Stefflon Don is known to make music that falls in line with such bulls**t, and that is why her rise to the top has taken quite the stumble. In “Phone Down,” her latest single, Stefflon continues to strike out when it comes to creating the next major hit, as her and Lil Baby show little chemistry and pure cheesiness from start to finish on the song (Well, Stefflon is the one that is mainly cheesy).

You know what sucks about this song? The content behind it is pretty interesting (It’s about getting your lover to put their phone down so you can get some taki taki). If the musicality behind the song was better, this could’ve definitely been a hit.
