SEND IN THE HERO
Shaun Mykal Walker
OVERALL RATING (????)
“Send In The Hero” will get your heart racing.
Shaun Mykal Walker is an unbelievable talent. Not only is he a phenomenal singer, but he also knows how to blend a bunch of different sounds to make truly dynamic music. With that being said, on “Send In The Hero,” Walker’s latest single, he gifts us with something that straddles the line between soulful and explosive.
“Send In The Hero” is powered by an exhilarating instrumental, (It features tons of bass, electrifying guitar-play, and thunderous drumming) a fearless vocal performance, (Shaun switches between soulful and boisterous on the song), and deep lyrics (Shaun talks about the importance of playing hero to a domestic situation that needs it in the song). While most songs are meant to be heard, “Send In The Hero” was put on this earth to inspire.
