Dr. Dre & Eminem Reunite For “Gospel”

Gospel

Dr. Dre (Ft. Eminem)

RGM RATING (????????)

Whoa, when’s the last time we heard Dre and Em rap on the same track? 1995?

Can you believe that there is a generation of human beings that do not know what an Eminem and Dr. Dre collaboration is? Even worse, can you believe that there is a generation of human beings that haven’t eaten Dunk-a-Roos before? The good news is this: Dunk-a-Roos are making a comeback  Today, a spankin’ new collaboration single with Dre and Em called “Gospel” has hit streaming services.

Believe it or not, I actually think that Dr. Dre kills Em on this track. Over a beat that sounds both hard as hell and grumpy, the former hits us with flows that the jits use today and lyrics that encourage the sticking out of chests in the most gangsta way possible. As for Em, he does drop a dope-ass verse that actually has him sounding tamed for the first time in years. At the end of the day, it’s black history month, so I’m giving the nod to the black man here.

Dr. Dre and Eminem prove that white people and black people can get along for over 20 years if they each know how to rap.
