Willie Larry Griggs (aka Jazzy LG) is a Detroit, Michigan-born singer/songwriter that makes music that is truly replenishing. Aside from music, Larry also enlisted in the army in the past and served as an X-ray technologist. As a musician, Larry has opened for the likes of Kool Moe Dee, Doug E. Fresh, Eric B and Rakim, and more. One of Jazzy’s latest singles is “Say Yea.”
“Say Yea” focuses on the power that comes with trusting in our LORD and Savior. What I think makes the song a great listen is that it features a good amount of rapping, some pretty infectious melodies, and a hook that I think will resonate with just about anyone (I think the hook is my favorite part of the song). The song also features a few bible verses that will definitely resonate with you.
