The Cingularity Asks Us “Who Can I Run To?” In New Single

Who Can I Run To?

The Cingularity

A psychedelic, soulful song that dives into tough topics without hesitation.

The Cingularity refers to himself as a relic from another space and time, and his style embodies that concept perfectly. His music takes on lofi, haunting tones with hints of kaleidoscopic soul. The Cingularity has been blurring genre lines since 2020 with his debut release “Impossible Burger.” His most recent single is “Who Can I Run To?,” a soft hip-hop track based on intriguing subjects.

The Cingularity sings and raps in “Who Can I Run To?,” giving the song two different tones to match the lyrics. Additionally, the strange lack of background sounds makes the track’s messages hit harder. In the beginning, The Cingularity asks himself “who in my life is willing to help me in hard times?” Unfortunately, he concludes that he only has himself to rely on. However, after the first chorus, he sounds more upbeat and assured by focusing on the joys in life. All in all, The Singularity masters reflection in “Who Can I Run To?,” so don’t sleep on the importance of the song’s meaning.
