“Fame” is like a breath of fresh air for the hip-hop world. It offers a lovely little viewpoint of Jones’s take on fame seekers. Lyrics like “She just want the likes for the fame, I know it’s a shame. Pics on private planes, I’m just praying that she change” and “I know that I’m crazy, I’ve been throwing cash at ya since like 2018. Spent my whole life savings tryna get you mainstream” call out a girl’s desire to become famous at any cost. There are other sections that might gather your attention too; including one sound that any Sonic player will love to hear in this hit. Additionally, the song focuses on being lowkey while portraying the message of remaining the same. We love consistency, and this slow, easy rap song will give it to you every time. This is one song that emits importance that you can’t ignore. So, press play on Broderick Jones’s “Fame” to experience the downside of being obsessed with it.
