Roddy Ricch

Do you know who else is a ghetto superstar? Stephen Jackson.

I am very curious to hear what Roddy Ricch’s new project, Feed The Streets 3, is going to sound like. After the negative reception that his Live Fast, Die Young album received online, I wouldn’t be surprised if he started rapping angrier than a mother with bad-ass kids on Christmas. Today, Roddy decided to release “Ghetto Superstar,” a track that feels rebellious and mean.

The beat to “Ghetto Superstar,” which was produced by Mustard and Southside, has an unbelievable tempo. The good news is this: Roddy, Doe Boy, and G Herbo slide their asses off on the beat while talking about sliding in the process. While I think that Roddy absolutely shines in the song (His melodies are flawless), Doe Boy and Herbo’s goonish energy gives it a well-needed punch.

Give “Ghetto Superstar” a shot below.
