US-based musical creative, Landry M, is a singer and songwriter who began his career by posting covers on YouTube and Instagram. He eventually dropped his debut EP, Confident, in 2016. The EP’s title track has more than 35,000 views on YouTube. Currently, Landry is working on his second album, Resilient, which is set to release in July. For his recent single, “Loco Por Ti,” he collaborated with singer and songwriter Marick Lewaii. The new tune is also accompanied by an official video.
With a blend of vibrant beats and beachy vibes, “Loco Por Ti” is as tropical as it gets. The song is also very romantic. Lyrics like “I met this pretty girl / She’s the only one I want in my life / Since I saw her in the club / My heart is on cloud nine” and “I hope you can see / That you mean the world to me” offer up plenty of passionate statements on love. Additionally, the song has a delightful Afro-fusion with lots of sun-drenched island vibes. All in all, Landry M and Marick Lewaii have blessed us with a summery single that brings plenty of heat.
