Switzerland-based musical creative, Spoke, is a legendary producer who has crafted attention-grabbing tunes for more than two decades. The artist initially rose to fame in the 90s, offering captivating performances at underground parties, clubs, and festivals in his home country. In 2002, the producer took an unexpected hiatus from the music scene before later reemerging in 2020 with two new tracks under the Sirup label. Since returning to the spotlight, Spoke has relaunched his personal label, Progressive State Records. The producer’s unique sound masterfully blends “elements of electro-pop and progressive, creating a unique and instantly recognizable sonic universe.” Spoke’s latest drop is the four-track EP, Dangerous. This EP, and the rest of his discography, is available on Spotify, YouTube, and SoundCloud. Spoke’s latest hit is “Dangerous,” a track with the same name as the EP.
Electrifying, pulsating beats will get you on your feet right away. “Dangerous,” as much as it portrays itself as a romantic hit, is also deadly when it comes to making you move. Lyrics like “napalm skies on the horizon, say that it’s not hopeless, see you’re falling out of focus” and “we do our best, barely surviving, we were never harmless, don’t wanna break another promise to you” provide a thrilling and emotional story of love, promises, and taking chances.
