Celebration (One Shot)
The good vibes have to keep going!
Common Kings “are more than a band of musicians, they are a family, a lifestyle, a community, a brother and sisterhood.” This talented ensemble consists of four college friends united by their deep passion for music. At the helm of the group is the mesmerizing lead singer, Sasualei “Jr. King” Maliga, hailing from Samoa and Hawaii. Adding his skillful touch on the guitar is Taumata “Mata” Grey, a native of Hawaii with Samoan roots. On bass, we have Ivan “Uncle Lui” Kirimaua, born in Fiji, and keeping the rhythm alive with his drumming expertise is Jerome “Big Rome” Taito, originally from Los Angeles but of Tongan heritage. Together, these Pacific Islanders have “transcended their Polynesian reggae roots to achieve pop crossover success since releasing their first song in 2011.” Common King has toured with Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars, Meghan Trainor, Fifth Harmony, and CeeLo. Their music is available on Spotify, YouTube, and their own website. One of Common King’s recent drops is the pop single “Celebration (One Shot).”
