Lil Yachty Rides Around In A “Tesla”

Tesla

Lil Yachty

Drake’s spokesperson delivers again.

Lil Yachty delivered both good and bad news last night. While he had to break the news to the world that Drake’s For All My Dogs album wouldn’t be released, he did drop some new music. At 12AM this morning, he dropped “Tesla.”

This is not my favorite Lil Yachty. In the track, which is powered by spaced-out production, he relies on nervous-sounding vocals to speak on the fast cars he’s driving, the weak opps he’s destroying, and the pretty women he’s slaying. The song actually sounds like a follow-up to “Poland.” If you need chill vibes to get lost in this weekend, I think you should give the track a shot.

I love that Lil Yachty has his foot on the gas this year. Not only did he drop the fantastic Lets Start Here. in January, but he also has dropped a few singles that I rock with, like “Strike (Holster)” and “SOLO STEPPIN CRETE BOY.” Make sure you continue to tap into RGM to hear about more major releases.
