Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion’s new beef might end up being the most infamous female rap beef of all time, and I’m not exaggerating. Think about it: They are both high-profile rappers, have huge fanbases, and have taken some highly personal shots at one another. While I am not exactly sure why the beef started, I do know it escalated severely when Megan mentioned “Megan’s Law” in her latest single, “HISS.” Since then, Nicki Minaj has been living on Twitter like Moriah Mills did when she got kicked to the curb by Zion. However, for her latest form of violence, Nicki took it to the booth to create “Big Foot.”

I cringed for so long while listening to “Big Foot,” I’m afraid my face may look like this forever. From the moment the song starts, Nicki Minaj takes shot after shot after shot. Specifically, Nicki speaks on the lies that Megan Thee Stallion said to Gayle King during that infamous interview she did about the Tory Lanez shooting, the lies Megan told to her, and the lies she’s said that she believes her mother (Who has passed) will be ashamed of. Nicki also mentions Megan smashing her friend’s man, not having a good rap flow, and paying Future thousands for a feature. Towards the end of the song, Nicki strips the beat and warns Megan to apologize, or she will spill more tea.

There’s something about Detroit-styled beats that are perfect for diss records, right? That is exactly what Nicki Minaj uses in “Big Foot.” Though I don’t quite love all the cartoonish voices she employs throughout the song, mainly because I just want her to get straight to the vitriol, at the end of the day, her punchlines are solid, and the flows she f**ks with are steadier than the New York Knicks in the past couple of weeks.

The family shots these women are taking at one another are crazy! Calling Megan “one-flow-hoe” is also insane! I may need some hella spiced-up popcorn for these next few episodes.
