Quavo Responds Quick As S**t With “Tender”

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

Two nights ago, Chris Brown released the deluxe version of his 11:11 album. Alongside several smooth R&B tracks that I highly recommend, it features an explosive hip-hop track titled “Freaks.” In it, Chris takes shots at Quavo and Migos. Less than 24 hours later, Quavo fired back with a track of his own: “Tender.”

It’s hard to say for certain how quickly Quavo created this track, but it’s plausible that he added his Chris Brown disses recently. So, what does he say about Brown? Below are the lyrics:

Call the b**** phone, she won’t come home, don’t beat her up (Don’t beat her up).”

Are those some harsh words? Absolutely. Is beef supposed to get intense every now and then? Definitely. Besides the track’s aggressive lyrics, I also appreciate the signature Quavo performance. You get his typical cool-ass adlibs, robotic vocals, and lyrics that highlight his confidence and player lifestyle. Even without the disses, I believe the song would still stand strong.

Chris Brown and Migos’ beef is the strangest s**t ever.
