42 Dugg & Sexyy Red Link Up For “N.P.O.”

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

42 Dugg and Sexyy Redd are cut from the same ratchet cloth.

Very soon, 42 Dugg will release a new solo album called 4EVA US NEVA THEM. There are two reasons why this is significant. First and foremost, it’s his first album in three years. Secondly, it’s his first album since being released from jail (Y’all forgot that he went to jail a few years ago, right?).

While the first few couple of singles he released, “Win With Us” and “Go Again,” were on some murderous s**t, his latest one, “N.P.O.,” is on some party s**t.

42 Dugg and Sexyy Red make a notable combo in “N.P.O.” (you can decide if that’s a compliment or not). The track features unapologetic, raunchy bars centered around pantieless women who party and dope boys handling their business. Personally, I f**k with the song’s action-packed, bass-booming beat the most. I also think 42 Dugg slid his ass off on his verse, while Sexyy Red added some effective ratcheness to the equation.

42 Dugg shouldn’t have sung the no panties part.
