Sabrina Carpenter kicked off summer vacation with a new single.

Sabrina Carpenter is back with a bold new single, “Manchild,” and it’s right in line with her signature campy, comedic style—and I’m here for it. The track is catchy, shady, and just the right amount of petty to stir things up without crossing the line. The chorus hooks you immediately—it’s the kind of song you want to belt out after the first listen. Lyrically, Sabrina takes aim at guys who act needy and expect the women in their lives to do everything for them. They might be cute and sweet, but they’re also painfully clueless.

There’s an honest frustration in her delivery—she’s clearly over the emotional labor of dealing with a man who refuses to grow up. “Manchild” feels like the kind of track you play with your best friend on a late-night drive, laughing, venting, and singing every word. It’s fun, it’s relatable, and it’s definitely going on repeat.

Check out “Manchild” below.
