Released to heavy anticipation, the song sees Drake returning to familiar ground, blending reflective lyricism with slick, melodic deliveries—and a few not-so-subtle shots aimed at both his rap competition and NBA peers. The track quickly went viral across social media, with fans praising its replay value, polished production, and signature Drake energy.
However, not all feedback was glowing. Some listeners criticized the song’s content, arguing that Drake should move past public feuds. Others took issue with the firearm imagery in the music video, calling it tone deaf given the current social climate.
