While fans were watching the Cowboys vs. Eagles, Drake took over the night by releasing Episode 3 of his Iceman rollout, spotlighting the album’s title track.
While everybody was watching the Dallas Cowboys vs. the Philadelphia Spi— I mean Eagles, Drake went ahead and dropped Episode 3 of his Iceman rollout. Described by him as his favorite installment, this episode unveiled the album’s title track, “Iceman.”
The song kicks off with a quintessential Drake beat and flow. The production carries a clock-ticking sound with an empty, minimalistic backdrop, while Drake packs his bars with that signature rapid-fire cadence. Lyrically, he reflects on his potential to stay at the top—if “they don’t kill him.”
From there, “Iceman” morphs into a high-energy banger designed to get you hopping around and shoulder-bumping your friends like you’re about to start a mosh pit. In this section, Drake brags about his endless cash flow, buying cars for his bros, and clowning dusty rappers who can’t keep up with his “nasty amounts of money.”
The track then shifts again, this time into something trippier and darker—like your headphones are literally glitching out. Here, Drake reintroduces the chorus from the second section but delivers it with an even more relentless flow. The result? A vibe-heavy track that showcases Drake at his most confident in recent memory.
