Wale Announces Long-Awaited Album “Everything Is A Lot” — Drops November 14

The wait is over—Wale is officially back with a brand new album, and this one’s sounding like a moment.

After a few years of musical silence, DMV’s own Wale is making his long-awaited return with a brand new album titled Everything Is A Lot, set to drop on November 14. For fans who’ve been craving his signature blend of introspective lyricism and poetic flair, this comeback couldn’t come soon enough.

The album boasts 16 tracks, including titles like “CONUNDRUM,” “BELLY,” “POWER AND PROBLEMS,” and “CITY ON FIRE.” Judging by the song names alone, this feels like Wale at his most reflective—mixing social commentary, self-awareness, and the soul-infused storytelling that made him a standout voice in hip-hop.

It’s been quite a while since we last got a full-length project from him. His previous album, Folarin II (2021), featured standout singles like “Poke It Out” and guest appearances from heavyweights including J. Cole, Rick Ross, Jamie Foxx, and Chris Brown. Since then, Wale’s only surfaced occasionally with singles and features—just enough to remind everyone that he’s still one of the best pens in the game.

With Everything Is A Lot, the anticipation feels electric. Wale has always had a knack for making music that reflects his mental and emotional state. The real question now is—after all this time, what’s been weighing on his mind?
