21 Savage Calls for Unity in Atlanta, Urges Young Thug, Gunna, Lil Baby & More to Squash Their Beefs

The usually cold-blooded rapper shows heart by advocating unity, loyalty, and healing in hip-hop.

21 Savage is calling for peace in Atlanta, urging some of the city’s biggest names to put pride aside and fix fractured relationships. In a series of candid messages, he asked Young Thug, Gunna, and Lil Baby to sort out their issues, while also expressing hope that Quavo and Offset can eventually reconcile.

When addressing the tension between Young Thug and Gunna, 21 didn’t tiptoe around the subject. He pointed out that everyone knew Gunna wasn’t a street rapper from the jump and that this reality had already been accepted out of love for Thug. Instead of letting resentment and internet narratives fuel the divide, 21 encouraged them to fix it privately, emphasizing that their bond runs deeper than the fallout and that the streets have only brought trauma, not rewards.

He also spoke directly to Lil Baby, calling him one of the realest artists out and asking him to acknowledge that Thug had shifted expectations, something people still stood behind out of loyalty. On top of that, 21 reiterated that he tried to stop situations from escalating behind the scenes, even reminding Quavo and Offset that he put them in a group chat early on to squash their issues, stressing that together they’d still be unstoppable.

What makes this moment stand out is the messenger. 21 Savage is known for some of the coldest, most violent content in rap, yet he consistently shows a level-headed, big-picture mindset. From a hip-hop standpoint, squashing beef is essential. Atlanta thrives when its artists move as a unit, and the genre as a whole is stronger when collaboration outweighs conflict. In a time when hip-hop feels divided and drained, 21’s call for unity is not only refreshing, it’s necessary.
