Doja Cat Rules 2025 as Spotify’s Most-Streamed Female Rapper

Doja’s cheat-code versatility keeps paying off.

Doja Cat was the most-streamed female rapper of 2025 on Spotify, pulling in over 4.5 billion streams across all credits, and honestly, that shouldn’t shock anyone paying attention. She’s one of those rare artists who operates like a cheat code: equally comfortable snapping over rap beats or floating through glossy pop records. While some still argue about where she “belongs,” the numbers make one thing clear — she dominates wherever she decides to stand.

Let’s be real: Doja is a genuinely strong rapper. Her performance on “Attention” was one of the sharpest rap moments of 2023, full of confidence and technical control. At the same time, some of her biggest songs lean pop or R&B, like “Woman” and “Kiss Me More.” That versatility isn’t a weakness — it’s the entire point. She moves fluidly between worlds, expanding her reach without sacrificing skill.

In 2025, she added to that run with Vie, led by the track “Jealous Type,” which quickly became the project’s streaming standout. Meanwhile, older hits continue to do absurd numbers. Songs like “Kiss Me More,” “Woman,” and “Agora Hills” are still racking up plays at a pace most artists could only dream of.

Call it pop, call it rap — either way, Doja Cat is winning.
