Billboard Hot 100 This Week: Taylor Swift Makes History as New Peaks Flood the Top 10

Historic longevity, breakout moments, and late-blooming hits define a wild Hot 100 week.

This week’s Billboard Hot 100 once again proves that the modern charts are ruled by staying power rather than quick debuts. Sitting comfortably at #1 is Taylor Swift with “The Fate of Ophelia,” which jumps back to the top and secures its ninth total week at #1. Even bigger, the song has now become the longest-running #1 hit of Swift’s career, officially surpassing “Anti-Hero.”

Just behind her, the chart is packed with songs that refuse to fade. “Golden” by HUNTR/X & the KPop Demon Hunters cast holds strong at #2, while Alex Warren’s “Ordinary” rebounds to #3 after nearly a full year on the chart.

One of the biggest movers belongs to Olivia Dean, whose “Man I Need” surges to #4, tying its peak for the fourth week. Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” climbs all the way to #5, marking her first-ever Top 10 hit, while Kehlani reaches a new career peak at #6 with “Folded.” These late climbs show how word-of-mouth and playlist growth can quietly build chart monsters.

Rounding out the Top 10 are steady risers like “back to friends,” “Opalite,” Leon Thomas’ “Mutt,” and Justin Bieber’s “DAISIES.”
