Ludacris and Teezo Touchdown Unite on Mike WiLL Made-It’s “D33P3R”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Saying Ludacris and Teezo Touchdown bring contrasting energy on this track barely scratches the surface.

Mike WiLL Made-It continues setting the stage for his upcoming album R3SET with “D33P3R,” a collaboration that links two completely different eras through Ludacris and Teezo Touchdown. With the album set to drop on March 20, this single feels like a calculated move to showcase range, blending legacy energy with newer, more unpredictable artistry.

The production on “D33P3R” carries a warped, video game-like texture, with sounds that feel slightly distorted yet delibrate, like a soundtrack designed for a boss level you weren’t ready for.

Teezo Touchdown sets the tone right away, blending charisma with a streak of unpredictability. His delivery carries both passion and fearlessness, giving it the feel of someone making a bold statement rather than just clocking in. When Ludacris steps in, he brings a completely different flavor, attacking the beat with animated flows and a seasoned, unbothered cadence. Lyrically, the track circles around confidence, sexual favors, and connections, with both artists sounding fully locked into their respective lanes.

I don’t care what y’all say, Ludacris can still rap better than 95% of y’all.

Maybe this is recency bias, but I think Tierra Whack is better than every single rapper in the game today.
