Another video shoot suggests the album rollout is accelerating
Drake is outside again, and whenever that happens, fans start refreshing streaming apps.
Drake was reportedly seen filming another music video in Toronto for ICEMAN, this time in a parking lot stacked with giant blocks of ice. He even posted himself measuring one on Instagram Story, because subtlety left the building years ago.
The obvious takeaway is that the album is coming soon. Maybe very soon. Drake has spent months teasing ICEMAN without giving a clear release date, turning the rollout into a guessing game fueled by rumors, blogs, and overexcited insiders.
Last week, Anthony Fantano claimed the project would drop within hours. It did not. DJ Akademiks responded by telling everyone to shut up and let the rollout play out naturally, then said he personally advised Drake to delay it further. Whether that is useful information or just entertainment depends on your tolerance for nonsense.
Still, the real clues are in the visuals. Artists do not keep filming expensive videos for albums that are nowhere near release. Drake is too calculated for random moves. If he is back outside shooting content, then the launch sequence is likely underway.
He already planted seeds with “What Did I Miss?,” “Which One,” and “Dog House.” Now it feels like the next phase is loading.
The hype is real. The patience is gone. ICEMAN needs to arrive before fans start reviewing the ice itself.
