Just in case you missed it, Travis Scott concealed his new album, Ye plays Ping Pong in Turkey, and Drake receives a major co-sign.

One of the most unexpected duos of the year actually delivered.
Future and Tyla’s “Game Time,” which is set to be one of the anthems for the upcoming World Cup in America, nearly reached one million streams in its first day. What stands out about the track is how heavily it leans into Future’s signature sound, while Tyla still manages to fit into the pocket seamlessly. It is surprising in itself that FIFA even tapped Future for musical involvement in the tournament rollout. What a major win for him.

Drake has doubled down on embracing comparisons to some of Michael Jackson’s biggest accomplishments, particularly MJ’s record for the most No. 1 hits.
While some on social media have tried to frame this as a rivalry between fanbases, it is notable to see Drake acknowledging Michael’s legacy and, in turn, what appears to be Michael Jackson’s estate showing support for Drake. Not everything has to be turned into competition. Sometimes record-breakers can exist in the same conversation without being pitted against each other.

There were so many notable figures at the PSG vs. Arsenal Champions League final. One who made the biggest splash was Travis Scott. Not only did he have a viral moment celebrating PSG’s win, but he also appeared on CBS’s coverage of the game, holding a red iPod that allegedly contains his new album. If that is the case, how much money do I have to give someone to confiscate that damn iPod?
2. Yasiin Bey Gives PlaqueBoyMax Advice After Ye’s Turkey Show
Yasiin Bey shared some advice with PlaqueBoyMax after Ye's Turkey concert:

“Artists in general, but Black artists particularly, need to do their homework about Black art." pic.twitter.com/pyYv10vikH
Yasiin Bey, who you rarely see in the United States these days, attended Ye’s show in Turkey. While there, he reportedly crossed paths with PlaqueBoyMax. Staying true to his usual reflective tone, he reminded him that Black artists should always do their homework when it comes to Black art. Even if that kind of message might not land for everyone in the moment of a massive concert, it is consistent with Yasiin Bey’s long-standing focus on culture and artistic responsibility.
1. Ye Plays Ping-Pong After Breaking Stadium Record

What do you do after breaking the record for the most attended stadium event in history? You play ping pong. That is exactly what Ye decided to do. After performing a series of high-energy songs for 118,000 people, he reportedly went straight into a game of table tennis. It is a surprising contrast to the scale and intensity of the show, and honestly, it is hard to imagine a more unexpected way to wind down after such a massive performance.
