WTF is this album artwork?

The Alchemist, who has somehow become one of the hardest-working producers in the world, is back with a new seven-track project called LIQUID FORM. The EP features guest appearances from Conway The Machine, 2 Chainz, Boldy James, and Kool G Rap.

While the rapping across the project is stupendous, especially because we get so many different styles and flavors, it’s the production that will completely blow you away. The Alchemist cooks up beats filled with dark, almost eerie atmospheres, combined with drums that knock harder than Jehovah’s Witnesses at your front door, while still sprinkling street energy throughout every track.

Only four songs on the project feature vocals, but once you get lost in the world The Alchemist creates, the format doesn’t even matter. The production is strong enough to carry the entire experience. As a matter of fact, I like the instrumentals more than the other tracks.

Sometimes I genuinely wonder what type of lair The Alchemist creates his beats in. There’s no way these sounds are coming from a place with too much sunlight.
