I consider Victoria Monét a luxury R&B singer.
Victoria Monét has officially announced that her next album, Frequency Of Love, will be released on October 2, and she’s wasting no time building anticipation. Alongside the announcement comes “Reach Out,” an infectious new single that your favorite singer’s favorite singer simply cannot make.
The song highlights everything listeners have come to expect from Monét. Smooth vocals, memorable melodies, and polished R&B production come together effortlessly, creating another record that straddles the line between lit and sophisticated.
There are few artists I think are as good as Victoria Monét. Her songwriting is phenomenal, her vocal ability is next-level, and none of her music ever feels mailed in. I have every confidence that her next album will be one of the best we hear this year. If it’s not, you can slap the hell out of me the next time you see me at your local Safeway.
